"Not bad for price, however more attention and maintenance is needed."

Location

Needs paint and general maintenance, needs attention to details such as appliances. The showers have no curtains, lots of bugs and especially large mosquitoes. They need proper maintenance.

The location, the pool and the own private entrance.

The furnish was very old and not clean, there was no mosquito net in our villa. The other villas all did have one. I asked if we could get one too and they refused. The mosquitoes were very bad. We paid for extra cleaning which wasn’t worth the pay at all.
