Very cozy and clean

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are Lovely & VERY accommodating. They have great wifi and it’s pretty centrally located. Those are the pros. The cons: it’s on a giant hill of cobblestone and very challenging to leave/return. It’s at least a 10m walk to ANY food. The shower has very little pressure and it takes ~ 10 min to get hot. The lights in our room were challenging for a couple. Turning the light on in the toilet also turned on the light in the shower which was glass and woke up my sleeping partner.

Excellent everything was very clean and comfortable.

That it didn’t have a parking lot near the property.

The only thing that is tough is the walk up and down the cobel streets but it makes up in Beaty

Beautiful comfortable room and excellent service.

The rooms are nice and comfy. The bed was great, and the room was big enough, well decorated and nice.

You can't get to the door by car, we had a lot of trouble with the car because the street is too steep and our SUV almost gets stuck and nobody warned us. Had to carry our bags and the day we left we had to go get our car from the parking lot that's almost a mile away, which is doable but nobody told us about this inconveniences. The hotel isn't as near downtown as we thought, it's not easy getting there, much less for older people which was our case, and ubers and taxis are scarce.

The staff Mario and Omar went beyond their job descriptions. Very helpful and professional.
