Hotel Playa del Carmen

muy mala, llegue y no había nadie en recepción, un comerciante de un negocio de afuera me dio la entrada, en el cuarto no había toallas, ni jabón, me salí y solo deje las llaves en la recepción no hubo nadie para hacer el cHeck out

Vi kunne ikke finde hotellet, da det havde et andet navn end der stod. Derudover larmede det meget fra en bar tæt på, og værelserne var beskidte. Det var en rigtig god placering og venligt personale.

This hotel advertises itself as hotel playa del carmen, which is not correct as it is called villa del mar, They also got their address wrong on Expedia website and therefore we spent two whole hours trying to find it, if it was not for a girl at another hotel we could have never found it, hotel was a 1 km a way from the address it was advertised. I wasted two whole ours and am very disappointed. Our room was very dusty and dirty when we arrived, hotel is next to a busy street and can hear noisy clubs and bars due to poor window insulation . Curtain did not fit and was woken up with direct sunlight early in the morning, tried to close it and whole thing came off and had to sleep without any. Aircon leaked and ruined all my clothes in the suitcase, found a massive cockroach indoor and am not joking it was massive.
