Pendeza La Casa

Perfect house and very spacious and clean. Compound is very beautiful. For us the mattress of all beds were a bit too hard but that is a personal preference. Wifi could be more stable and strong. All in all a very good stay and we will be back.

My sister and daughter told us that the beds were comfortable so that's good, my husband and me couldn't spent a night in the house unfortunately as we were in the hospital with our oldest daughter.

We were a little bit early because our check out at the other place was early and check in here is at 15:00. Because we had an sick child we couldn't go and do some activity before we wanted to check in so we asked if we could check in a little bit early. The host was very responsive and told us we could check in at about 13:30.. so we were there earlier but we waited in the outside garden. However the lady was still not finished cleaning at 15:00 so even the check in time was not correct. The bathroom was not clean, there were black spots on the wall in the shower which easily came off with some water, so obviously it was not cleaned thoroughly. Also sometimes it took to long before somebody came to open the gate.
