the host is very proactive and his staff solve problems quickly.

The hosts Mike and Linet were very accomodating and very attentive to our needs. We were 20 of us and we booked 3 villas and they were just perfect. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet and is a very nice place to decompress and also to have kids running around and playing. The chef Godfrey that Mike recommended was just top tier. His food was delicious and was very nice and we will definitely call upon him again. I will definitely come back. It was a lovely stay for the whole family.

The shower takes time and sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. I think its the electricals that they need to fix, that's all.

On Booking.com, the host requested an amount in USD currency and stated that cashless payment is required but no machine or online card payment was possible. Instead we settled that I pay via M-PESA in KES currency. I had to go to a foreign exchange bureau which triggered additional cost. After I transferred the balance, the host filed a complaint that I left the accommodation without paying. The location is in a remote area and Google Maps directions were not working properly. There is place for seven persons but there were only 3 towels. It is not the cleanest place.

The location is distant and quiet without people interfering. The house offers privacy and relax.

The house wasn't clean. The bathroom was dirty and had specific smell. Many webs and spiders all around the house even after we asked to be cleaned. Broken doors and wholes in the ceiling. No change of bedsheets, cleaning services or commodities supply like soap and paper were offered for two weeks stay. I shall not come back! Thank you for accomodation!
