Very clean, friendly staff

Problems with AC, small balcony

Very nice and new rooms, breakfast was traditional and delicious, nice staff.

The pool was very small and just 90cm deep (it seemed bigger on the pictures). They charged very high prices for taxis ordered by the front desk.

Nothing

It was our first and final visit, and I didn't enjoy anything. We asked the staff if we could park in the incomplete parking when we arrived in the afternoon, and they said yes. However, when we went to leave the hotel at night, the parking lot's entrance was locked and the doorman was unable to unlock it. Then, once we informed the reception staff of this, they informed us that we could not park there. This was our first confusion. The receptionists refused to give us another key card and informed us that we could only have one, which is the only card that turns on the power in the room. As a result, every time we needed to go outside or inside, someone from the staff would accompany us to the room and open the door for us, giving the impression that we were staying in a dorm for nuns. Since it was extremely hot while we were there, we needed a second key in order to have the air conditioning on at all times. However, it appears that this is not what they want, as there was no AC anywhere in the hotel, especially in the hallways connecting the rooms. The cleanliness of the room and everything else was average, not very clean, and several of our towels had stains on them. Additionally, the room was a normal one that we had reserved, but it was very small and lacked a balcony. Additionally, the pool looks bigger on images than it actually is, and we never used it. The breakfast is really inexpensive; they call it a buffet but there isn't anything on it other than a few pieces of ham and cheese, butter, jam, and scrambled eggs with pre-cooked vegetables. There are no croissants or toast pieces, just a few pieces of ready-made cake. If you order espresso, they charge you for it and the coffee is terrible. If I had more time to write, I might have added more, but I believe that's sufficient.
