"Very enjoyable"

Breakfast was very nice and laid out well. Room was comfortable, bed was wonderful

The bathroom could be slightly larger. A shelf for your bags would also be good. A couple of comfy chairs would be nicer than an ottoman

Our room had been assigned to someone else when we arrived but staff were very professional in fixing this and getting us the room.

The location, staff, breakfast, gardens

We were first put in the new accommodation block across the road. It was awful so asked to be moved back to the old section which has views, much more appealing rooms and closer to facilities. The new section is like a colourless cell block. The staff moved us immediately and were very gracious.
