Last time I liked it Before that the bed was not good I was hoping to had a good one as I’ve been coming here more than 3 times so I did have a good bed and had a good sleep . Wish can stay longer

Love this property. Excellent value and lovely clean rooms. Easy drive to all attractions, restaurants and cafes. The restaurant is excellent, with quality food and reasonable prices.

The entire facility was very clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast was a little pricey at $25 per head (discounted price). Breakfast food was good quality and plentiful. Lovely views of the adjacent golf course from the restaurant. Coffee machine was a little cryptic to operate and only filled half a cup, but the coffee itself was good quality.

Web page said Reception shuts at 5pm and we thought we wouldn't make it in time to check in. Website said to call or email, but they didn't answer the phone or respond to voicemail or email messages. We cut short our day and rushed to get there just before 5pm and found there was a queue of guests waiting to check in, so it seems maybe the reception doesn't close at 5pm after all. For a place of that large size it would be normal to have the Reception staffed 24x7.

The BED! The bed was so comfortable. I didn't feel my partner move during the night, and had a really good sleep for what was going to be a big day (at Katoomba Festival) the next day.
