Maison Rasco by Luxury In Transit

Excellent location in the heart of Old Montreal, close to restaurants and shopping. Very spacious apartment with comfortable modern furniture. We took the advice of a previous guest and used the indoor garage at the Complexe Chaussegros-de-Léry (entrance at 330 Champ-de-Mars, about 350 m away). Much more reasonable at only $24/day.

The absolute best location we could have wanted. Perfect for exploring Old Montreal. The suite was a good size and very comfortable for a couple.

We were perfectly satisfied.

The highlight is the location - right in the heart of Old Town Montreal, with easy access to the waterfront and lots of restaurants and shops. There's laundry in the building as well, and they provided detergent. The response from staff was hit or miss - with simple questions, they're very quick to respond/resolve. We parked where others recommended - 330 Champ de Mars St, $24/day and seemed to be plenty of spaces.

Bed is very firm (we realize others like this - not our favorite though). No hooks anywhere - no coat hooks, and no place in the bathroom to hang towels (we had to hang them off the TV). The kitchen could use a few extra supplies - there was no dish soap, and when we asked the staff said they'd bring it but never did. Also no measuring cups - that's pretty nit-picky, I realize. Just overall, the kitchen could have been better stocked.

Tout, son emplacement, la proximité des restaurants et des commerces, la facilité pour entrer ( codes pour les portes et l’ascenseur donc pas de nécessité de clé), sa propreté, sa clarté, les équipements de la cuisine, le lave linge, le confort des lits, la présence de produits de base.

2 reproches : - location pour 4 personnes et seulement 3 chaises hautes autour du bar de la cuisine ( pas de table de repas donc une personne debout pour le déjeuner ), seulement 3 tasses de déjeuner. - une des chambres est équipée d’une grande armoire mais cette dernière n’a pas de rayonnages donc pas de possibilité de vider la valise.

Good location and comfortable bed.

The instructions to get into the apartment - emailed on the day of arrival, and they did not work. Spent almost an hour calling the 888 number attempting to get in. Sending in advance would be helpful - we’d already been in Quebec for a week before arriving and email access was limited. Zero counter space to prep a meal and still crumbs on the table.

All was great with the room and access codes. Just had a hick-up when the elevator stopped working but was looked after quickly. However property owner notified us of the break-down they did not tell us when it was repaired so we just had to trust that the elevator would work for us.
