Appartement clair et spacieux avec une chambre séparée très pratique en cas de décalage horaire. L'appartement en général et la cuisine en particulier sont très bien équipés. L'accès par code est pratique, il y a une ventilation et une clim réversible. Le quartier est très animé et agréable.

Comme tous les immeubles anciens c'est assez mal insonorisé (intérieur / extérieur) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé alors que le quartier est très vivant.

The location was very good and the suite was very roomy with large kitchen, front room and bedroom.

The water heater in the room above us malfunctioned and caused a small flood in our room in the middle of the night, damaging walls, doors and floors in our suite. Power was out when we departed, so we had to take luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Everything was done electronically so we never talked with anyone except a repairman for the flood.

Location was excellent. Spacious rooms and enjoyed having the small kitchen. The modern and clean settings were very welcoming. Loved the quick responses to messages and questions we had.

We found the fact that no one was on site at check in to be very different. As seniors sending photo ID along with receiving 3 keyless entry codes made it tricky but manageable. One difficulty arose with the power outage. When it came time to exit the building as we were checking out and had to use the stairs there were NO emergency lights in the stairs well. This was hard to do with luggage. Luckily neighbours above us had small lights as they were leaving the building. This should be rectified as it would be terrible if there was a fire and people were trying to rush out of the building while tripping down stairs. Thanks

It was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The beat mattress I have ever slept on! We didn’t hear a sound our entire stay, and it had every amenity we needed. Perfect location in Old Montreal.
