Clean room and decor but it would have been great to have a couch

There’s no couch , no aircon and a small wall heater, it was freezing

Great location and apartment is very comfortable.

Aircon heat setting was not working.

It had a balcony

It was not clean and I have stayed at other apartments in the same building for less that was much better when it came to furniture and cleanlyness

It’s looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean. It’s a very convenient location.

I woke up to 3 men and the housekeeper in the lounge. I asked them how they got access to the apartment and the housekeeper said she opened for them because they were knocking and I wasn’t answering. I didn’t answer and neither did I hear them knock because I was sleeping. That was a violation of my privacy (mind you, they found me in the bedroom in my pajamas) and it showed that my safety is compromised in that apartment. The guys were there to view the apartment. They told me they got permission from the host to come. But the host failed to notify me. When I messaged the host on WhatsApp, all I received was a generic corporate response of an apology. As a solo traveller, this was my worst experience to date. I never imagine I’d stay in an apartment which can be accessible to anyone at anytime. I spent the rest of my stay being paranoid that someone would open my door again.

Lovely and clean apartment with top notch finishes.

Aircon was not heating up.

We always like the Trilogy apartments

The apartment was dated and unkept. Very little attention to detail so just felt like an expensive room, we could have stayed in the Capital Hotel for cheaper and in a nicer environment
