Black Marble - Menlyn Residence

That it was closer to the Subet Arena because I was attending the BAL season 6 and I loved that I could walk to Menlyn Maine and enjoy the restaurants there

Close to restaurants and entertainment.

None.

The location, my room and the view. The space, layout and the apartment has been well finished with all the necessities.

The apartment itself does not seem to be clean, was walking around barefoot and there were grains of sand/dust. The duvet cover had stains and the throw did not smell recently washed. And the mattress needs to be replaced

There was a strand of hair on the floor, some of the wardrobes need to be repainted and fixed, it’s just tiny details.

Safety

Upon entering the reception their was empty beer bottles on the stairs. When wanting to check in, we had to wait approximately 15 minutes because the system was offline and no urgency from the staff. Reception was extremely noisy. Received an access card to enter basement and lift lobby. When trying to enter the lift lobby the card did not work. Had to make a couple of phone calls for assistance. There was no hairdryer as stated in the amenities. Upon arrival the second evening we did not have towels. The reception was very abrupt when asking for assistance. Eventually housekeeping replied saying it was inside the dryer. Will not recommend staying at Menlyn Apartments.
