Trugo Luxury Rooms

I went with my family to spend new year, for what the hotel is,I found it a bit expensive, but understandable for the high season. The hotel is in a good location the rooms and the hotel in general are nice, the receptionist with glasses was very friendly. The only negative point is the rooftop that they use as a bar and if you are staying in a room on the fifth floor you can hear a lot of noise until late at night.

El hotel en general bueno con falencias de parqueo es a 200 metros del hotel la puerta del baño descolgada no cierra y el mueble del baño descolgado en el minibar solo había 2 gaseosas y dos paquetes de papas. El personal muy atento instalaciones modernas

Reason for a three the breakfast was not good at all. Being a hotel in a high end place the coffee was cold and the eggs were super wet.

Excelente hotel y excelente Atencion del personal

El hotel es muy lindo, la atención por parte del personal es muy buena. Un aspecto por mejorar es que el baño de la habitación que nos asignaron junto con mi madre no tiene paredes, sino vidrio con un estampado y resulta incómodo tomar un baño con la sensación de que te están mirando.
