Saphia Hotel Nha Trang

The location is very nice and the views from the sea view room are very good.

Room size is exorbitantly small. Only 1 of the many staff was very helpful and cordial, the rest didn't care to respond to any queries or questions. No one to fix the air conditioner which was not cooling well, no one to help with luggage. Very minimal breakfast options.

The refrigerator is not cool enough. It should be cooler than this.

The hotel front office were good to answer all queries but the housekeeping staff are just rude not to smile or wish the customer have a pleasant stay. The late check out was well accommodated. The breakfast provided was good and the chef and the service staff accommodated our request.

There were a lot of silver fish in the rooms and the mini bar fridge wasn't cool at all instead the Aircon was much cooler with cooling things in the room such as my drinks. At first they provided me a room in 703 which requires some touch up of the ceiling in the bathroom. So they asked if we would shift to another room 3 floors above in 1003, or they would continue with the work which would last for a couple of minutes. But we chose to move rather upstairs. While on vacation any given person would not like to be disturbed especially with some hotel work when u have prebooked u're rooms in advance.

the hotel is located just across the beach. only separated by a busy street.

First I have to say that it is very unprofessional to keep the passports of visitors. We arrived late and apparently the person at the counter was unable to change the credit card. instead he kept our passports to make sure we would pay the next day. Further should be mentioned that the fotos must be from the day the hotel was build. the entire hotel seems to have passed the best of its days years ago and no maintaining has been done since. the shower was flooding the bathroom, smell of cigars smoke in the walls, and insects on the ceiling. breakfast is starved at 6. if you get there late you can scrape of the rests or go eat somewhere else. no refund possible.

The design of rooms and the view is spectacular. Staff was nice and helpful to book last minute tour.

One of bathroom smelled like urine, no bathrobes, bed sheets/blankets needs attention like remove the stains better, and re-paint the rooms. Another thing, motorbike rental from the hotel was a disappointment. 150k/day was a ripped off for an old crappy bikes. Rent elsewhere for the same price with plenty of newer style.

Breakfast was acceptable.

Fridge smells awful and doesn't work

Great location, just across the street by the ocean. Fantastic view from the balcony over the promenade and the ocean. The pool on the top floor was open from 6.30am to 9.00pm. The hotel offered also the beach towels. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Personel is very kind and helpful, especially Minh Ha. She explained us how to get around the city and gave us her Whatsup contanct, so we could ask her for help during our stay at Nha Trang. Is was possible to buy tickets to Vinpearl by the same price as at Vinpearl, to avoid the line at ticket Office. Also the hotel organised us the airport transfer for a better price than Grab and for the early morning we had take away breakfast boxes with no extra charge. We are very happy, that we chose this hotel.

Aircondicioner didnt work quite well. The hotel could have some overall renewing.

The sea view balcony was great. Han at reception was very nice and helpful. The location is good.

The cleanliness and standard of upkeep should be improved. The sheets were stained and had hairs on them. There were hairs in the bathroom, the curtains were torn. The shower stall leaked. There was black mold. There was noise from the road, the hallway and the air conditioner. Any one problem, for the price and the view, is not a big deal, but everything together made it an uncomfortable stay.
