The place was in a great central location to downtown and upon request amenities were available. A couple of things that were not on par was the communication with how the valet worked and the bed was extremely firm almost felt like I was sleeping on pallets with minimal padding. With the parking, I had a couple of instances where I had to self park after hours and walking as a single woman was not advised especially since the parking lot was about 10 minute walk away. Overall the rooms were great, location perfect and the resturant inside was delicious.

It is a perfect spot for dining

My room was huge with a king bed and a sofa and the location was great. I really didn’t have many interactions with the staff; there were mostly young guys on their phones at reception. The housekeeping ladies were sweet and friendly. All in all a good choice for SMA.

Habitación cómoda, el AA funciona para aire frío y aire caliente, lo cual fue fabuloso debido a que la temperatura bajaba mucho en la noche, personal amable y la ubicación excelente ya que esta muy cerca de los puntos principales de San Miguel. Sin duda regresaremos.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The location is fantastic, easy to reach and close to everything the charming city has to offer. The rooms were spacious and clean, though we did notice a strange smell in the bathroom from time to time. One of the highlights is the free parking, which is located a bit further away, but the hotel staff is very accommodating, retrieving and returning the car whenever you need it. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy and cold, as they don't receive much sunlight. Overall, a great spot with excellent service but room for minor improvements.

I was not a huge fan of this hotel. First, the location is terrible. If you are driving there is ZERO parking. So you have to double park to unload your luggage and potentially leave your car unoccupied to unload. The staff is not attentive either to this. They may or may not help. Second, there is no elevators. Now, there's only two floors but to transport multiple bags is very inconvenient especially if you have older travelers. Third, the hot water in the bathroom showers is nearly nonexisent. The handle only moves about a quarter turn. I will give them credit and say the rooms are actually nice but the compliments end there. Find another place to stay!

- A/C / heat pump not working (but this may have been fixed if I would have asked it). - shower is narrow.

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood
