Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfy room.

Terrible check in. I did appreciate that they let me check in 2 hours earlier than their check in time when all I wanted to was to drop off my luggage. However, they insisted that I had not paid for the stay when I had made full payment on hotels.com over 2 weeks earlier. So I had to make another payment at a higher rate to get a room. After 2 cases, 3 chats with hotels.com over 3.5 days still issue is unresolved. Most likely have to initiate a charge back to get their attention.

Great spot for couples to stay close to the center. My wife and I will stay again. Note to futer stayers. This place meets basic needs for the stay. Dont expect anything more. Its like staying at a friend's house. I repeat perfect stay. Staff were great!

It would be nice if they dusted top areas, for instance, cabinets, bathroom mirror etc. And it would be nice if they provided bottle(s) of water for guests.

We'll need it more dusting ...

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great!

Great location in middle of town

The room had a really terrible offensive smell coming from the bathroom that was permanently present and permeating the entire room. The kitchen and cleaning staff were lovely however sadly the main hotel staff were not at all interested in their guests - they all appeared sullen and off and far more interested in one another and their phones.

Light fixtures, alright, hanging loose in the room, loose water faucet, but nothing serious. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything else is very nice..

Great location! Everything is close by. I gave it an excellent rating but would like to offer two suggestions. Softer bed needed and the light on the A/C should be covered (too bright). Other than that it was perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was great and the staff was super friendly.

The room was perfect. Right at the top of the stairs. The view from our room was magnificent. Service was excellent. Location was perfect. About 4 min walk to the cathedral and minutes away from great restaurants and shops. Bonus: it's not on a steep hill so walking to and from it is a breeze.

Having a window view comes with road noise but nothing a noise machine can't fix.

It was good experience overall.
