Fantastic location

Property was grubby, could do with a deep clean

The entire house was lovely. the beds were very comfy and peaceful. We had lots of space and every piece of equipment was thought of. The bathrooms we brilliant. Shower was ace. I was very impressed at the entire property. The location was ideal to walk to town.

A few mirrors in the downstairs area would have been an additional touch. Although this is due to vanity, getting ready to go out etc. Not a complaint as the design of the house was perfect in every way!

The location was superb. A five minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, the city and the awesome Lichfield cathedral. The place was immaculately clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, and overall a well kept modern place. The host was lovely and was very helpful and quick to answer any queries we had.

Just a couple of little niddles really, the sofas in the place are very small and not very comfortable. We stayed in both nights catching up with old friends, and although it’s a lovely place having comfy sofas to lounge on would have been better. Also the lovely kitchen had all the modern appliances but a little short of the smaller things like side plates, food bowls/dishes, and cutlery. If we’d gone out for the evening maybe we wouldn’t have noticed these things. Overall though it’s a nice place.

Great location near Lichfield Cathedral. Super cosy warm house with everything you could need. Very comfortable place to stay. Lichfield was a delight

Hard to fault this place

Excellent location and very warm. Well equipped kitchen although the cupboard organisation was a bit random with one cupboard being entirely taken up with junk mail!

The double bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin and poor. The main lights in the attic bedroom did not work, the beds were uncomfortable, again because of the mattresses. There is no blind on the skylight window and the glass was dirty so you could not see out. The property did not have a full length mirror. The kitchen/living room was a bit claustrophobic as the three windows are quite high up so you cannot really see out.
