Central position.Number if toilets and bathrooms. Kitchen facilities.

The very noisy creaking stairs.Anyone visiting the bathroom at night time disturbed the others.Tbe shower cubicle needs a deep clean and smartening up

Location was perfect . Very spacious house.

Ideal location for the town centre, convenient parking opposite the property, well set up for toys and games for children

There were a couple of light bulbs that needed replacing on the landing and in the top bedroom

Nice location in lovely city - close to everything

Main bed a bit small

Location was great if your main priority was to be close Lichfield.

The first impression was a cold property, which on the surface presented ok. But when we checked the bathrooms we found the toilets to have a black substance in the bowel and the first floor shower looked grubby with yellow staining. The light at the top of the stairs on the second floor was not working which was a not very safe as there was no natural light there.
