Very nicely presented, meet all my expectations

What breakfast? I brought my own. I liked the atmosphere of the accommodation, which I had walked past on a previous visit to Gulgong. Also its convenient location.

I realise that the bathroom was shared. I did not realise, however, that my room was almost as far as possible from bathroom and toilet. A bit of a trek in the middle of the night, but I encountered no one. I had not realised that it was the weekend of the annual Henry Lawson festival. The town was heaving, which I had never experienced in many previous visits. Also, although I knew it was in a heritage building, the 21 steps up to the accommodation floor was a bit of a challenge with a suitcase. Next time it will be hand luggage only....as I liked everything else about the accommodation.

Stayed here on a cycling trip - very suitable for cyclists. Don't think there is a storage shed or room for them but it safe and you can chain them up at the back. Back rooms are quiet. Close to plenty of places to eat dinner and breakfast.

Bit expensive for a shared bathroom. Slightly frosty reception from lady where I collected the key. (at a separate location down the street).

Quiet property with basic bedrooms and shared bathroom facilities, in line with the cost of the rooms. Staff very welcoming and centrally located for dining and grocery shopping

Great location. comfy bed. convenient for travelling. I am a repeat guest.

The outdoor area downstairs was really nice. Beautiful old pub accommodation kept very original

Room was very small. Luckily we didn't have to swing a cat. It would have ended very badly for the cat 🐈 😂
