Le lieu est incroyable, cet hôtel construit et intégré dans les rochers est magnifique. Mais il y a le revers de la médaille. Les prix sont trop élevé pour un 3 étoiles. Nous avons payé 400$ la nuit et 2 jours avant les prix étaient tombé à - de 200$. Nous avons demandé du fait que l'hôtel n'était pas complet un éventuel surclassement. Mais rien n'a été fait pour valoriser le fait que nous avions payé plus que cela ne valait réellement. De plus l'entretien du lieu n'est pas à la hauteur, quel dommage avec un spot pareil. En gros si vous payez la nuit aux alentour des 200$, cela est plus que correct, et le lieu en vaut vraiment la chandelle. Au delà c'est surpayer un lieu qui n'a pas le service et l'entretien de ses prétentions tarifaires.

Great location and pool and view

Lunch was great. Dinner was not well organized at all :and the alcohol free cocktails we chose were horrid- my pizza was not cooked - uneatable 😬🥴- dinner was really really poor and bad. The staff was trying to be helpful but terribly disorganized that night. Also , they charged us a ridiculously and disgustingly expensive taxi fee for our early ride to the airport - we felt trapped because the hotel is on an island and our ride was so early but that fee was a rip off🫩

Such a beautiful hotel and comfy room, day time team ladies are all so kind and professional, helped us plan our day and the boat times. Breakfast was a good selection and variaty, and for us a plus point a majestic feline accompanied us during breakfast <3. There's an observation deck right outside our room high enough to oversee Philae Temple, even during the week of huge desert wind, the view is still stunning. The hotel can also arrange for boat ride directly to the temple without making a detour to the shore. The boat driver are all very nice and showed remarkable skills during the heavy wind. Overall we're very happy with our stay and will for sure come back. 超漂亮舒适的酒店，很地中海风情，双人床房间床很宽大，酒店25刀可以直接接送去菲莱神庙（门票自购），上岛免费的船提前在Whatsapp上提前半小时预约即可，不过取决于天气，我们去的时候可能因为大风等了一会儿船，总体不要安排得太紧张即可。早饭内容挺多，还有只漂亮咪咪来讨食，很有礼貌不打扰人。

Nighttime team was a little inefficient, had to wait half an hour with other guests for the pickup boat upon arrival in the evening, but maybe it was due to the heavy winds that day. But it also took an hour to deliver our luggage to our room from the front desk (the stairs are quite steep you'll need their help), it's just a bit tiring.

It’s a one of a kind experience, the view is to die for, the staff is very helpful and friendly up to the hotel manager mr abdelaziz was very hospitable and made our wedding anniversary unforgettable 10/10

Spectacular location and really cool design

Location, if you need to move a lot , its quite difficult to do it, as you need to get a boat and then another transportation

The staff were very friendly, the location was very scenic / beautiful. Breakfast was great.

The hotel states that it is an adults only hotel, however this is incorrect. There were numerous children staying at the hotel on holiday. As such, we feel we were mis-sold this and therefore the prices for the rooms were higher than they should have been. The restaurant choices were fairly limited and service was quite slow. The internet in the room did not work. The hotel booked a transfer for us to get to the airport. After getting up at 2:30am to catch a boat at 3am, we proceeded to have to wait 35 minutes for the taxi transfer once we reached the mainland.
