The location is stunning, perched right above the Nile with a view that is second to none. We had a fantastic time; the hospitality from the staff was exceptional, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious.

That said, the rooms could use a bit of a refresh; while they aren’t exactly old, they are starting to show their age. A little extra maintenance and some minor touch-ups would go a long way in bringing them up to the high standard of the rest of the property.

Emplacement idyllique et très calme avec une chambre avec vue sur le Nil et le temple de Philae. Hôtel très propre. Bateau Navette gratuit pour les trajets vers la ville (10mn). Personnel très agréable.

En revanche le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de cet hôtel. Trop peu de choix à mon goût vu les tarifs pratiqués pour séjourner dans cet établissement. Le soir uniquement des plats à la carte et basiques (pizza à fuir) sans réelle inspiration. Cela laisse un goût d’inachevé. Mais mis à part les déceptions culinaires le séjour fut parfait dans un cadre extraordinaire.

It was such a unique property. The staff was wonderful. The views were just unreal. You take a boat across Nassir lake which was an experience on its own. The property is built into the mountain with special glass windows that are cut around the rock formations. It is worth the experience to stay.

Özellikle havluların daha temiz olmasını beklerdim.nevresimin kenarından görünen yorgan rengi de pek iç açıcı değildi😔 sanırım tekstil ürünleri epey zamandır kullanıldığı için biraz hijyenik olmaktan çıkmış. Bir de kahvaltıya omlet vs gibi alternatif seçenekler eklenmiş olsaydı iyi olurdu.
