Great spot with amazing views. Well located in a safe area. Breakfast is continental and the staff are very accommodating. Our room was large and the view from our room was spectacular. Third floor and no lifts but it was excellent. Lovely old building that's had been beautifully decorated.

Not much that can be changed, but climbing the stairs with your luggage was difficult.

The reception couldn't speak much English, we got by with Google translate. Breakfast didn't commence until 0830hrs which seems quite late.

Petit Hotel de charme dans un quartier très typique et sympa de Valparaiso. Bon petit déjeuner et de très bons restaurants tout proches.

The staff is super helpful. The location is lovely and close to restaurants and shops. The top floor terrace has the best view of the harbor where you can sit with wine and canapés and enjoy the sunset views. The room was large and well appointed. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Large bathroom as well. There’s no elevator as this is an historic property but the staff carried the bags for us so it was not an issue. We had a driver so we did not need to park. The front desk provided a map and recommendations including restaurant Fauna which we really enjoyed. The hotel decor is excellent as well. Clearly well thought out. Also very secure entrance.
