La vista del dormitorio y de los espacios comunes lo amplio del espacio

No tenía servicio para cena. Nadie mencionó que la ducha funcionaba con caldera, entonces cuando lo quise ocupar me salió fría y sino llamo y consulto, no tengo como saber que hay que esperar mínimo 5 minutos para que se caliente el agua. No tenía servicio ni se hizo gestión alguna de entrega de información (pese a consultarlo) sobre dónde obtener masajes o actividades de relajación.

Lovely small hotel. Wonderful staff. Beautiful views from balcony upstairs. Very comfortable.

It wasn’t an issue for me but there is no lift. Might be an issue for some.

The breakfast was served in. A lovely setting opening out to the terrace a very complete breakfast fresh fruit, luncheon meat, eggs, croissants, etc.

Breakfast was served a little late 8:30 am. We had about at 8:30 so missed breakfast.

"Highly Recommended Valparaiso Hotel"

Fabulous hotel with amazing views. The workers there go completely out of their way to make your stay magnificent, especially Daniella. She lugged our heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs after arranging for a taxi to pick us up from the cruise terminal (which we had no success arranging). Breakfast was delicious, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We highly recommend Casablu Hotel.

No complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.

"Wundervolles Haus aus der Gründerzeit mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gute Lage"

Wunderschönes Haus aus der Kolonialzeit mit Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben netterweise ein Upgrade erhalten und wohnten in einem großzügigen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Superior Doppelzimmer mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen. Die Terrasse zur allgemeinen Nutzung im obersten Stockwerk bietet ebenfalls einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und nachts auf das Lichtermeer der Stadt. Die Lage des Hotel ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, da gut gelegen zu zahlreichen Restaurants und im sicheren Teil der Stadt.
