Unser Zimmer mit Flussblick im 2. Stock mit grosszügigem Bad war sehr geräumig. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt. Das mit allem was es am Morgen braucht, Frühstück konnte man auch draussen auf der kleinen Terrasse einnehmen. Die Lage war top. Tramhaltestelle vor dem Haus, Bus um die Ecke und alles Sehenswerte um fussläufig erreichbar.

Alles war super. Und sonst ist Andrea oder das nette Personal am Morgen vor Ort für Fragen oder Problemchen.

La struttura corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione e ho apprezzato il soggiorno. La nostra stanza era enorme e disposta su due piani. Al piano sottostante c'era un piccolo cucino e il bagno Nonostante il bagno sottostante lo consiglierei comunque ad un amico.

Il bagnetto piccolo e accessibile solo tramite una scaletta a chiocciola un po' pericolosa di notte.

It had nothing to do with what was shown in the pictures. It’s a very old apartment building with zero sound insulation — you can hear everything people say upstairs from downstairs. The whole building feels like it could collapse on you at any moment. The rooms were stuffy and smelled bad. The toilet was inside the room and the bathroom was open-plan, which was absolutely terrible. I’m honestly surprised by the people saying this hotel is nice. Everything was broken and worn out. The owners were also very rude and unfriendly. We arrived only 30 minutes before check-in time, and when we asked if we could leave our luggage there and grab a coffee nearby until check-in, they asked for €5 per bag 🤦🏻‍♂️

The very best part of this property is Andrea, the host. We were running an hour early and contacted Andera for an early check-in. One of 3 rooms was ready and she facilitated leaving the bags in the room so we could go out for lunch. Andrea also help facilitate the e-check-in process. The breakfast was great!

We had 3 rooms for five adults. Beds were comfortable but the bathrooms in two rooms had an open ceiling to the bedroom. The third bedroom required a very steep descent down a spiral staircase to the bathroom. These are not showstoppers but were unconventional and inconvenient.

Great location easy access for a late check in, very good size bed and quality bed linen. Continental breakfast options all adequate and an early breakfast provided for us as we went on an early trip.

If you have mobility issues most rooms are up stairs no lift, but that's the character of the property. More an observation than an issue.
