The building was full of character, spacious and in a good location. The breakfast room was an added bonus.

The shower was unruly and kept spinning round. The tray also filled with water and the bathroom door became difficult to close at all.

Clearly overrated description on their website. I knew there were stairs but not that my room was on the 4th floor. That’s 52 stairs to our room plus another 8 to get to the second bedroom in the attic. (Then there’s another 15 to get to the breakfast room)! The bedroom is one room which locks. The bathroom and sitting area is out in the hallway. If you locked your door at nite (which most people do) you had to unlock it to go to the bathroom! Not what I expected! I took a picture of the floor in the room we stayed in on the lower level. This is their “parquet” floor.

Il posto è semplicemente bellissimo, abbiamo scelto la stanza panoramic e la vista dal balcone è wow. Il bagno era fuori dalla stanza, ma dotato di tutti i comfort, doccia e vasca. Abbiamo potuto fare un bagno rilassante e goderci la vista dall’alto.

Manca l’ascensore, quindi se hai tanti bagagli e devi salire all’ultimo piano è un po’ faticoso. La colazione è un po’ scarsa.

Gute Lage (15 Minuten Fußweg bis zu den ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten), Zimmer waren groß und sauber, Frühstück ließ wenig zu wünschen übrig, Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Bäder waren nur durch eine einfache Schiebetür vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt, wenig Privatsphäre. Geräuschpegel sowohl innen (Flur) als auch außen (Straßenlärm bei einzelnen Zimmern) relativ hoch, keine gute Lärmdämmung. Eines der Zimmer war im Maisonettestil, hier musste man eine Treppe runtergehen, um ins Bad/WC zu kommen. Diese Treppe war stellenweise abenteuerlich (ohne Geländer). Kaffee beim Frühstück der einzige kleine Minuspunkt.

The room was a good size with a nice little balcony and lovely outlook.

The bathroom had no soundcinsulation from the rest of the room.
