The staff were so lovely and helpful, they always went above and beyond. The rooms are fresh and new and the decor is nice. The location is great too.

We stayed in a ‘deluxe junior suite with sea views’, unfortunately it wasn’t value for money. The view was narrowly shown from the mezzanine balcony which we never used. The living area is really really small which made it feel really claustrophobic. It advertises a sofa bed but really it’s just sheets being put on the couch (which is quite short and hard to sleep on). The quality of the included breakfast is pretty poor. Overall it was a pleasant stay with the staff, location and decor however I think it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Our stay was excellent and met all expectations. Location was just excellent, the room was perfect for a couple but the staff was what made it special. Angelos with team and driver, cleaning staff, such amazing people!! Definitely coming back!!!

Breakfast was convenient at the corner cafe, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the complimentary pick-up/drop-off service was great, the location was very good and the beach was sandy and well organized. Despite a little complication about our reservation, the solution was smoothly managed with a sweet surprise.

A drying rack would be great in the terrace.

Lived the hotel. Cute room, would recommend the room Selene. Love how close it is to the beach Agia Anna. Very nice hotel with great staff.

The property was beautiful and clean and comfortable! Loved that the beach was less than a minute walk ! Management went out of there way to make our stay pleasant! The room was spotless as we had clean linen every day ! The beach is crystal clear ! Food amazing and our breakfast was freshly made every day ! Loved that there were so many restaurants close by to eat ! We also hired a car and went to beautiful little villages with authentic home grown food !

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Naxian Soul, a charming boutique hotel in Naxos, Greece, and it was an unforgettable experience. We traveled with our two kids (18 and 21) and rented two rooms. Although we didn't get a room with a jacuzzi, our accommodations were wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. While not overly spacious, they were modern, stylish, and had plenty of room for us. We were delighted by the welcome gift of liqueur, and the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and our breakfast spot. Speaking of breakfast, it far exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was fantastic, always ready to get us chairs and an umbrella on the beach at any time. The cleaning staff was courteous and cheerful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the support staff. Our trip started on a high note with a VIP pickup from the airport, which was a wonderful surprise. The front desk manager was incredibly nice and accommodating, attending to all our needs and even anticipating some we hadn't thought of. Angel, the owner, was exceptional. He personally saw us off on our last day and gifted us a bottle of wine from his parent's winery—a touching gesture that made us feel like we were leaving family. Overall, our time in Naxos was made even more special by our stay at Naxian Soul. The wonderful people there played a huge part in our enjoyment, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
