Naxian Soul

The location was excellent as it was across the street from the beach, the room was big enough for 2 people, we had our own back yard with a pool and a fantastic balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the sunset. The staff was also quite attentive (both hotel and restaurant) and attended to pretty much all of our requests. They also offered free transportation in a brand new vehicle from the port of naxos to the property, which was appreciated. They had very comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge.

The property is advertised as having wellness and beauty services including strength & conditioning, fitness and cardio, massage facilites and yoga, however there are no such facilities at the property. In fact there are no facilities at the property to facilitate such activities (you would expect a gym, massage room and yoga room but there was nothing). When asked about this, the management told us that we could go to a gym close by and obviously pay for it, which is not really an acceptable answer when such facilites are advertised on their website. For the price of EUR 500 per night, you would expect much more (this is approximately the price of staying at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi - one of the best hotels in the world - in the month of June). In addition, the bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom upstairs, which made it an effort to go to the bathroom at night. The motor that cleans the pool is extremely noisy, and everytime we wanted to chill outside I had to turn it off myself.

Angel and his team welcomed us so warmly and made our stay a wonderful one! Amazing modern and very convenient hotel close to everything and with a beautiful beach across the street! Very generous and warm host. It felt like family! Stella and George’s were also amazing!

Fantastic experience. Very short walk to the beach and many excellent restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Short walk to our tour boat. We will stay here again when we return to Naxos.

The Naxion Soul is in the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. The room with the private pool (Selena) was fantastic!. The breakfast included at the byammo was perfect before heading to the sun beds located right next to the water on the beautiful beach. Huge thanks to Angel and his entire staff, they are exceptional! A perfect stay with my granddaughter before she goes off to college.

Great clean and comfortable room very close to the beach but quiet with amazing snack bar/ restaurant. Fun steam showers and comfy beds. Beach club in front was great with full service.

It’s difficult to choose between so many lovely resorts and beaches on Naxos but I am very happy with my choice of the Naxian Soul. A newly built hotel with quality fittings located just behind the restaurants on the beach. My room had a private plunge pool and a downstairs living space with bedroom on first level. Everything I needed was accessible, beach, shops, restaurants and onsite parking for my rental car. I stayed 4 nights at this lovely property and would recommend it.

It’s a minor point but only having one toilet downstairs meant going downstairs in the middle of the night.
