The only thing good was the breakfast.

The hotel charged me Rs 600 more for early checkin even after it was mentioned that there will be no charges after 10am. There was nothing given in the room. No soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste there was nothing. There was a TV which did not have any channels. One of my friends had come to visit me the hotel did not allow them inside just for an hour. The reception wasn’t helpful at all.

It had cockroaches. The bed linen wasn't clean. The TV wasn't working at all. And no toiletries were provided

Size of room was fine.

1. Nobody at reception. Very unprofessional checking in experience. 2. Toilet flush was leaking, wet bathroom. Broken bathroom amenities 3. Wi fi never worked. Staff said it was working on their phones so something wrong with my two phones and iPad :D 4. AC remote not working even after changing 5. No toiletries as claimed at booking link except a handwash at the basin 6. No room service and the hotel doesn't allow food delivery to room. You have to keep going till outside the hotel main gate to collect food 7. Late check out of even 2 hrs not accommodated without charging extra though many rooms were available 8. Given the experience I thought the hotel was overpriced
