Fabhotel Blue Dawn

I had booked the room for me. My friend came to visit me. They charged an extra of ₹590 saying, it meant the booking was for 2. I paid though I stayed alone in the room. I am very dissatisfied with the front desk staff. This could have been avoided.

They could have been a little more polite and cordial. I saw some more people complaining that they were charged more as well

Nothing!

Nothing! Staff were extremely impolite and not helpful. I requested them for a late checkout they said it would be chargeable. I asked them water bottles as the small water bottles got finished they denied , I told them you give tomorrow’s entitlement they again denied saying “kal ka kal milega” then nxt morning when I asked water bottle in the morning they again denied saying “ apka ek hi din ka stay hai-isme Nhi milega water “ denying water is the worst thing ever that to when people are in hospitality hence awful service. The sheets were dirty, in breakfast they have kept raw eggs in the egg boiling machine, customers took the raw eggs and it spilled when they tried to broke in the breakfast table. When informed to the staff , they asked us to boil it where the boiler wires were to old and scary to operate. At 1050hrs a staff knocked and very rudely said to come down , I informed them it’s till 1100hrs ryt?? Staff said “ ek minute bhi late hone se extra money dena hoga “ dear Treebo and the hotel owners stop fooling people to spend money and ask them to visit your so called hotels!

The location was okay.

We had planned to spend the weekend with my family. After several discussions, we settled on Blue Dawn in Gachibowli. Although the location was good, when we arrived, the hotel reception started asking about my daughter's age ( 15 and 22) and asked us to book two rooms instead of one. I wouldn't have objected, but I was really disappointed to learn that they required me to follow their protocols after we reached our destination, whereas before reaching the hotel, I had already spoken with the reception. It was very difficult to find an alternative location. The entire experience was disappointing.

There is nothing to like here don't stay ever in this hotel

The worst bedsheets ,beds, toilets everything here is horrible and there is no room service they won't clean until we request

Nothing special, since the hotels claim as 3 start hotels. The room is small. I booked Deluxe double room. It is very small. Unhappy with room.

Treebo marketing/sales team must coordinate with PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in charge. The aged peoples were sitting at reception nearly an hour to confirm the hotel because your sales team changed the property without our concerns. We customer suffered because of irresponsible work done by the sales team.

Great staff, nice location off of main roads
