Level Chicago - River North

The hotel never got cool, hot everywhere, even the community areas. We had to use the TV in the communal area as ours didn't work. We called on day one and the girl laughed and never sent anyone to fix it. Our key cards didn't work multiple times during the stay. The party that happened at the pool on Sunday night of our stay was awful. I couldn't imagine what my kids saw even those this hotel said no parties.

It was an excellent place, very secure, well constructed, and clean. Staff was very attentive. My only wish is that the outside traffic noise was less, but I’m not used to city environments.

The check in was easy , the room was clean and a beautiful view was viewed def a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful city of Chicago

Loved the pool area, will be even better when cafe downstairs is finished and operational. Beautiful property, would stay again, was a 20min walk to downtown, lots of delicious restaurants nearby

I always enjoy my stay

Loved everything. We stayed at Fultom before and the River North is really good as well. Only difference slighty better views with sky terrace at Fulton and from pool side and indoor spa. Riverside has game room which my kid and I enjoyed tons of chess. Great place hard to pick one both has pros and really no cons. Look forward to our next stay. Higher floor the better witb views from the room. Great staff as well!
