Location and space. Big laundry and covered parking.

Very noisy. A party next unit went on all night. Units are very old with broken cutlery. Toaster didn't work, curtains upstairs torn. Paintwork chipped and stains on bathroom doors. Could be funky with a proper makeover. Won't stay here again.

The Hot water did not last very long -

Great location and value for money.

The beds were a bit too soft for our preference, but other guests may prefer soft beds?

Location was excellent and area quiet. Check in service was painless and friendly welcome. Fantastic shower!

Fridge and freezer were both dirty. Freezer had remains of a spill with dirty ice build up. Fridge was not clean. Plates also dirty. Main bed mattress badly needs changing as RH side had collapsed. Could do with an update to freshen it up. Was extremely expensive for what it was would probably give a 2 out of 5 star rating.

Location was good right on the waterfront close to restaurants and parks

Master bed was very uncomfortable.

Couldn't use microwave as plate was broken in side and not enough sugar or toilet paper and no one around especially on weekend to ask for more. Very old cooking appliances and cutlery and plates needed to be updated looks like came from op shop and would not cook in them. Stairs seem to be collapsing under carpet in stair case. No menus for close restaurants/ takeaway and nothing on about tourist destinations.

Needs update

Across the road from the strand. Close to restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance.

Uncomfortable beds, pillows. Had to clean & wash everything before we used anything in the kitchen. Iron did not work. Whole apartment requires fresh new furniture and revamp. Definitely not worth the money per night. Felt like in a prison with all the security screens.
