Good breakfast, excellent staff, very clean and comfortable. location in the middle of the island is perfect to explore the island easily.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful. Very large comfy bed, great air conditioning, brilliant shower and bathroom, lovely balcony with jacuzzi. Cleaner came every day. Breakfast by the pool was lovely. Pool area is amazing and great pool bar service. We hired a car and the location was ideal for exploring the island. Last but not least, just like other reviews, the staff are so friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really impressed with our stay. Hotel is away from the hustle and overpriced Fira yet, close enough for a visit (if you wish) and still with a choice of good local restaurants. Superb room (so spacious) , good breakfast and friendly staff who organized collection from airport and transfer to port. Great choice

This place and service of the staff is awesome. From the first experience at the reception till you leave.. Hotel is very modern and stylish. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and overall beautifully designed! Super clean and they do cleaning service daily! Pool area is perfect! You can fully enjoy the day by the pool on comfortable sunbeds. Also pool bar is open daily with all the drinks you may need. But what we really liked the most was the professional approach of the statf. They were just great, very friendly and always ready to help if you need anything! We received pretty good recommendations what to visit, where to eat from the girls at the reception - tried all of them😁 and we had the best experiences! Breakfast was fantastic - everyday you can choose different varieties and you eat in the very nice area near the pool with nice views! Overall the best stay! Perfect location - close to everything we wanted to see - we used car, but i believe you can even walk to Fira and it’s not that far.. By the car everything is like 15-20 minutes drive. Parking place at the hotel! Thank you for your great job! Would love to come here again!

We loved our stay at Onyx. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful guiding us around the island, we used the bus a lot and they printed us timetables and wrote down routes and made recommendations in the areas we explored. The actual hotel is beautiful, we got upgraded which was a special treat and the pool was great to lounge by. Pretty easy access to the rest of the island. Would recommend!!

Very clean, well maintained... we had an excellent experience. The reception staff was extraordinarily helpful even in ordering food to the room, booking trips (their recommendation turned out to be our best day sunset boat/cruise trips ever). Every staff member - including the housekeeping, bartender, breakfast manager were very warm, friendly. Made us feel at home!
