Beautiful property in an amazing location. The restaurants are chic and pretty and breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Alex went above and beyond since the first minute. He helped us booking an extra night, making sure we were welcomed and comfortable. The staff made everything nice for us. Super convenient location, walking distance from many points of interest and in a really safe area. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

ITZA is our favourite hotel in Ecuador, we have stayed in 6 hotels on our trip. Fantastic, convenient location, attentive service front the Front Desk especially Mable, also Alex in the morning when Mabel is not on duty. Prompt response, organised, accommodating staff. Food is very good in both restaurants, great roof top bar / lounge / restaurant. Nice updated refurbished original historical building. If we ever return to Cuenca, we will definitely sat there again.
