The pool and sauna were lovely and relaxing. I also thought it was lovely how attentive the staff were with ordering taxis and helping with restaurant directions. Would love to stay here again. Also the air conditioning was great yet very quiet.

Robes in the room would have been great but not sure if you get them in reception

Spacious room, modern facilities.

After we checked in we realised the bathroom was not cleaned properly. They did change our room once we raised the issue. Breakfast was not fitting for a 5-star hotel with limited choice and too crowded.

Everything! The rooms are exquisite, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast amazing! It really feels like a 5 star hotel experience.

The swimming pool gets quite crowded… maybe a slot system should be adopted.

Très belles chambres avec literie très confortable. Piscine permettant de faire des longueurs, avec jacuzzi et sauna compris dans le prix de la chambre. Petit déjeuner occidental très varié, avec aussi un espace pour les mets japonais. Personnel très accueillant.

Un peu excentré par rapport à la gare, au mémorial et des rues commerçantes
