I left the property.

There was construction waste sitting outside my door.

The room was poorly kept up. Both the outside door and the bathroom door were hard to close. The faucet in the bathtub leaked continuously. The place was dirty. Just look behind the bathroom door.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Previous person’s dirty socks hung on shower rod. Only stayed because we already paid; too scared to try breakfast.

Location and building exterior.

Breakfast was awful: no orange or apple juice in dispenser and the cranberry “juice” was so diluted that it barely tasted or looked like cranberry…more like cranberry water. Biscuits were dry and did not taste fresh. The sausage gravy was thin/watery and quite unappealing. Waffle iron was not hot enough to thoroughly cook the batter: even though the mini waffles were golden and crispy on the outside, the centers were raw batter. Had to wait for front desk attendant at check in (sign posted “assisting another guest” and desk was vacant for almost fifteen minutes at checkout without any indication that attendant was unavailable. Hospitality/ professionalism lacking by attendants. The room needs maintenance: window was cracked, walls and ceiling have obvious water stains/damage, peeling paint and Sheetrock tape, and bubbling plaster. This room should not have been used for occupancy until repaired.
