Uni Island - City Center Suites

Friendly, proactive and responsive hosts. We had asked to drop our luggage earlier than check-in time and they were most accommodating. The room we booked was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a balcony to sit on. Nice amenities in the room, we liked the fact that there was a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. We also found a thorough welcome guide in the room and the croissants and bottle of ouzo was a very appreciated nice touch.

The shower drain seemed to be clogged, as we couldn't shower for any longer than 2 minutes at a time without flooding the bathroom floor. Unfortunately the washing machine was faulty and none of the programmes we tried worked properly.

La struttura é accogliente e confortevole, con un bel terrazzino. Tutto pulito e preciso, e ogni tot ci hanno anche cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani facendoci trovare una bella composizione al nostro ritorno.

Cannot recommend this accomodation enough, even for solo travellers. Perfect location as it is central to everything, the apartment has great facilities and amenities making it a very comfortable experience, plus an amazing host (Stratos) who will communicate consistently throughout your stay!

Host is great. Place is great. Cosy place pretty much in the heart of Crete. Has everything you need and want. Washing amenities and gifts.

Has an amazing private courtyard that not only feels safe but extends the space that you have during your stay. Excellent amenities and lovely suite.

It is situated in a block that doesnt feel super safe. Nothing negative happened there but it was very dirty and felt like a slightly sketchy area of town. It is not far from a nicer area but is a long walk to the port.
