Uni Island - City Center Suites

Very friendly owner. Stratos will make sure he welcomes you in person to explain the facilities in the appartment. You'll see him around mostly everyday and is always available for questions. The appartment had everything we needed. A small welcoming breakfast, at least 3 bottles of water. Also the cleaning in between (we stayed 6 nights) was a welcoming surprise.

The garbage pickup everyday around 4 am. Allthough I understand it with the hot temperatures it woke us multiple times.

Very well designed place. It is very clean and equipped with facilities. Our host Strautos was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much

Everything from check-in to check-out was very well organized. We loved the flat that we stayed in, it was very good.

Host met us and provided good info to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He also answered questions throughout our stay and booked our taxi. Extremely helpful.

Stratos is an excellent host. He waited for us to arrive and let us in and show us around. Our room was amazing with many conveniences. We had a laundry machine which was a huge plus! The location is very good. 8 minutes by walking to all restaurants. The city bus is down the road which leads to so many beaches. Great visit.

The host was very welcoming and patient after many delays with getting to Crete. He gifted us a basket of treats when we arrived and gave us an in depth explanation of the apartment and how everything worked. Provided was a very helpful guide to Crete with great suggestions. I would highly recommend!

Everything was great!

We stayed for 5 days absolutely wonderful place and Stavros was fantastic.We arrived very late at night and he met us with the keys .I was unwell and he wanted to help anyway he could .We wanted to hire a car and he put us on to a great hire company .We couldn’t fault anything .Definitely recommend staying here .

Amazing! The room was very nice and clean. The host was very welcoming, and waited for us late at night when our flight arrived. If I ever find myself again to Heralkion, I will definitely stay there! Ευχαριστούμε!!!

Stratos was very welcoming, and the ideal host. We had a power cut late in the evening which was not the fault of the owners, and he arrived immediately we contacted him, with cold drinks, and he stayed with us until 3am when the problem was solved. Thank you Stratos!
