Palácio do Visconde - The Coffee Experience

The hotel was lovely, the staff professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, restaurant good and I understand the coffee was fabulous (tea drinker).

Super Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee

Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. The front desk staff gave good recommendations of places to visit and things to do. Location was excellent with groceries, restaurants and tourist sites within easy walking distance. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and service was quick. Room, bed linen and towels were very clean. There was a problem with hot water the first day but the staff was super helpful and responsive and got it fixed while we were out.

We were in room 16 and the floorboards creaked with every step, which was annoying. There was no closet, only a garment rack with a railing (and some hangers).

Naja, so.... die Lage ist unattraktiv, am Hang (sehr steil), in der Nähe nur Supermärkte, Fast-Food-Gedöns und Touristenklimmbimm.

Gostei de tudo. Preciso citar o Sérgio, Karine e Israel, exemplos de cortesia máxima. O local é lindo, bem localizado, confortável e limpíssimo. Comento aqui do carinho que tiveram comigo, sai super cedo para pegar o voo e eles prepararam um café da manhã muito meigopara eu levar, fou super útil. Recomendo o restaurante do próprio hotel, comida excelente e preço justo.

Es probablemente una de las mejores experiencias hoteleras que he tenido. La experiencia del huésped es sencillamente fenomenal, desde la calidad del desayuno, pasando por la atención del personal (Patricia es sencillamente encantadora), hasta la atención al detalle en las habitaciones. El lugar, un palacio restaurado del siglo XIX, es elegante, encantador y acogedor a la vez.

Todo estuvo excelente. Tal vez solo ampliaría la hora del check out.
