Pros: The property is immaculately clean and excellent. It’s a 6-minute drive to the CDG airport. Customer service was excellent. Con: It was always a challenge to reach the reception via phone.

Let them know we needed a crib at booking then emailed them the morning before our arrival reminding them we need a crib setup in our room because we were arriving late with an infant. The emailed back confirming this. We got to the hotel and the crib was not in our room.

Very convenient for an overnight stay at the airport, easily accessible by the airport's train (shuttle). Beautiful room and bathroom, the kitchen and the Nespresso machine nice pluses. Highly recommend it!
