Nice location in the mountain

The washing machine was not drying the clothes, not clean room, late check in, when we got the room was not ready even tho they told us it was, kitchen cutlery was bad, this place is good for only sleeping.

It was a convenient location.

Check-in staff was unfriendly. We arrived at 4pm, even though check in was at 3 pm. Without any apology, she informed us that our place was still not ready and we had to wait for another hour. What she offered us was a check out time of an hour later the next day, 12 pm instead of 11am. We refused as we had planned to leave earlier the next day and we wanted to get into the place to rest before heading out for a concert. The staff kept saying that was all she could do. I refused the offer as it was not my problem that they could not have our unit ready for us when it was already 4 pm. In the end, we were given an “upgrade” which meant a room which could fit 6 people instead of 4. It wasn’t much point to us as there were just three of us anyway. However, we took it as it meant we didn’t have to wait till 5 pm to get into our room. Place was not clean, remotes for fans were either missing or without batteries and there was a used towel still hanging at the back of the bathroom door.

Lovely accomodation. Though the only aspect I didn't enjoy was the fact that the check-in building was quite far from the actual accomodation and was rather inconvenient to walk from one building to another.
