Location with lots of eateries

Avoid Vista Premier unless the unit is facing towards GEO 38 condominium as currently there was a massive construction directly opposite the main road. Our unit is 16-01, corner facing the massive construction, noise of drilling, pilling, heavy vehicle engine noise starts from 8am. Unit maintained by Maple Homes are not good. Cheap quality toilet rolls, flimsy floor mat, kitchen utensils were so limited and no water filter at kitchen basin provided. Rooms didn't provide extra mattress. It's limited only to 4 person stay. Friends stayed in another similar size unit facing Genting side can't hear any noise disturbance at all, it has 2 bottles of 1.5L drinking water, filter at kitchen sink, complete kitchen ware eg : bowls and plates, futon mattress in each room and an extra single bed in master bedroom.

maintenance could be better. bathroom was smelly. otherwise it is functional and spacious.
