It is one of the worst Inn I have ever stayed. The lady is mean. I would never come back again.

If I have to rate my stays in last 30 years, this will stand right there at the bottom of ones to avoid in the future......very disappointed start to finish

when we went inside we did not see towels, not sure they give or not included. Later when asked in am service lady said she will put towels. then stay became good rooms were neat. only thing is they have everything in the checklist in the room, but not of great quality and matches with each other like shower head is there but does not fit into shower holder -- like matching combination in rooms not there -- electric outlets are not tight to wall -- wifi is very bad, cant work from that hotel if u are thinking to work -- wish they put workable wifi so at least one thing is easy to help customers -- they only gave one card and the number 139 is looked as 134 and 134 room was leased monthly i guess he said it is 139. Proper communication was not there -- when called help desk no response but given the circumstances and overall things - it is good only especially for price but we only got here becoz of availability not for price so in that aspect very lucky to get some acco last week while everything is sold out and service i can say 3/5 over all experience we thought of staying for 1 or 2 days but we stayed there for 3 days wifi should immediately upgrade to reliable one so people can work out to get easy better rating.

Hotel needs a Renovation

The room was OK but the comforter had holes, was dirty, and looked unhygenic. I was given a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking room. The front desk staff service was very poor as they couldn't find my reservation and were not courteous and service-minded. Overall, the experience was bad.

My husband & I stayed here one night. The room was clean and the place is very quiet. Check-in was easy. I only took off one star because we couldn't get the water to turn on the shower. We tried everything but nothing we did worked so we had to go without a shower which was a bummer. But, this being said, I understand sometimes these things happen. My husband told the desk about this and he said he would look at it. A little bit of a discount on our cost would have been nice but we didn't get one.

Couple of months ago we meet Neil and he was sooo accommodating/ helpful, his wife and i had a nice chatted about gardening. It was a pleasant stay for a simple place. this month we had a need for a couple day stay and looked forward to another stay here....we never made it to this point. we attempted to set up on wednesday to make a reservation and were brushed off of sorts, they seemed confused about how to handle things...assure us they would have a room but would not take a reservation. This morning (Friday) we were told to call after 1p....maybe they would have something....didnt know who or if anyone would be checking out. very disorganized!! was told on Wednesday... Yes Neil was still there....Friday they acted like they didnt know who i was talking so we didnt get to visit.. i assume they changed business hands....

Good size room, clean with nice parking spot! Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Don’t understand why there has to be 200 used in order to complete a room review, guess I won’t be doing this again!!!!!

We came to McMinnville for a concert and were initially a little concerned about the lack of hotel options, especially since reviews would indicate all of them suck. But this place was a pleasant surprise. I had booked a smoking room on accident (and it did indeed absolutely reek of smoke- even as a smoker I was nauseated) But the owner was polite about switching us over to a non-smoking room which smelled nice and fresh. I will say the non-smoking room had been outfitted more nicely than the smoking room. The mini fridge and microwave were newer and nicer and the room had an overall “better-groomed” feel to it. In fact, all the the appliances seemed like they were brand new- nice little led tv with cable, solid WiFi, generously sized fridge, tiny adorable coffee maker and a bedside table with outlet and USB ports built in! The only cons I can really think of were the “free included breakfast” being consistently absent. There’s a small pastry case in the front office and what looks like a coffee machine under a cover, but I never saw them being used. Also, there is definitely not a pool, I think that’s a mistake on TripAdvisor’s part. Also of note: though it says it’s pet friendly, there is a $10 dog fee and a sign behind the counter that reads in large letters “NO CAT PLEASE!!!” Is it the Ritz Carlton? No. It’s a two star motel in a small town, but it does a very good job at being that. Would stay again.
