Bay Guest Lodge

We eventually gained access at 5 am this morning when another resident came out of the building for a cigarette!! We compared our keys for the front door. His worked but ours was faulty and didn’t work. We would never have gained access with the front door key provided!! It was pure luck we eventually got in!! This was the final message sent to the property on the morning of the 1st January. We had tried to contact them during the previous night by message and phoning the number provided but didn’t get any reply. They didn’t even reply to the above message sent the next day. I found the whole experience very traumatic. It was freezing cold and very dangerous at this time of year. This spoiled the whole night out for us.

Nothing, was completely mislead.

Doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Walked into a building site. Awful smell in the room. Felt really uncomfortable from the minute we entered, Left immediately after check inn.

Very comfortable and clean room. Room was warm on a very cold and windy night. Shower was lovely and warm.

Renovations going on, which we were unaware of, so entrance to rooms were more difficult.
