Location was good.

The room was cold.

Upon entering the house, the stairs were blocked off with a sign notifying us to use the lift to the 2nd floor .(no reception)the lift was small and dated and frightening to use . I would not enter on my own ,any time during my stay A lad who was unable to communicate verbally met us and very pleasantly gave us our key, No one ti speak to about amenities in the area. The room was at the back, so disappointed it was wasn't a sea view, no option to upgrade, I did email but got no response. The bed was high and very hard and uncomfortable. The shower was cold . The sockets were very low and difficult to access. One chair in the room and little space to walk around, no proper seating area . No lobby to relax at . Had to use the nearby hotel for relaxing in

The Room was perfect for what we needed, (somewhere to put our head down at night) The shower was excellent and we had fresh towels and water each day. You couldn't get a better location in Warrenpoint

The room was cosy but that didn't bother us one bit.
