Lean and comfortable

Big room, big bathroom, big views

Some construction work on the 1st floor but no noise while we were there.

The hotel was under renovation. I was not notified.

I am totally disgusted with this property, I was ushered into a back bedroom.. with only a skylight for a window. Nowhere on the information on this property does it show the room I was given. There wasn’t even room to sit comfortably on a chair. Also, getting into the property is quite some challenge! I’m still trying to find the reception area? Not at all what I expecting.

weren’t aware of building work

This is the second time staying at this room, the room itself is great with lovely views. There is a lot of construction works going on within the building itself in floors below, which didn't really disturb us much as stayed at weekend. There is no breakfast, so need to go up the street to cafe. Unfortunately this time there was no hot water, I informed the host. the caretaker attempted 3 times but couldn't resolve, so we had to leave without bath or shower, which I think is unacceptable and want either full refund or the option of another weekend night with hot water this time.

NO HOT WATER is unaccepatable

Great location. Walkable to all in warrenpoint.

No window in the room for fresh air,there was a fan but very warm overnight.
