Great location, very clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great value for money, a high standard of accommodation when looking for a cheaper place to stay in Blackpool. Would definitely stay again.

We were a big group with lots of rooms, two of the showers were cold - but this was resolved very quickly! No complaints really, very happy with how we were looked after.

The staff make you feel like family I don't think they know what the word no is.nothing is too much trouble the service at meal time was prompt but you don't feel rushed,they will change menu for your personal dietary needs within reason I've booked for next year before I leave
