Clean and tidy and staff were very pleasant

Due to the energy crisis you have to ask for the heating to be put on in your room, due to previous irresponsible people leaving it on. Just remember to give them a nudge and they will sort it for you

Friendly staff, very helpful and informative. The location of the hotel, very close to all the attractions. Have booked again for next june

The staff were lovely. All friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. The food was nice and value for money. The facilities were clean. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend and will return.

It could do with some work and modernization

The location of the hotel is excellent, extremely handy for the tower, beach, shopping and arcades. 10 minute walk from the train station.

Unfortunately when we walked into the room there was a dirty ear bud and sweet wrappers on the floor. The bathroom sink was dirty and the taps were moldy. The shower head needs to be cleaned. The bed was like sleeping on a plate of jelly. The night staff clearly had an issue with the landlady as when I asked if she was Sue she was so offended she became unhelpful and rude when I asked directions.

Meals fantastic location brilliant staff super efficient and friendly personable and helpful focused customer service.
