Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the farm stay prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Hotel muito novo e as instalações são muito bem cuidadas, organizadas e limpas. Camas muito confortáveis. Internet funciona no hotel inteiro sem problemas de velocidade ou conexão. Comida excelente e atendimento de primeira, fiquei surpreendido positivamente.

O que eu melhoraria seria o chuveiro, é muito bom, mas poderia melhorar.

Hotel bonito, tudo novinho e bem conservado, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, edredom aconchegante, comidas maravilhosas, equipe atenciosa, boas atividades.. não é um hotel com excessos, mas sim com qualidade e conforto!

Um dos garçons fez confusão com o menu kids na janta a la carte e acabou sendo um pouco rude com um dos colegas que se hospedou comigo. Como sugestão, poderia ter passeio de charrete, pedalinho, bicicletas. As atividades disponíveis já são legais, mas seriam atividades a mais interessantes para os hóspedes!

Lugar maravilhoso, natureza linda!!! Hotel lindo, cheiroso, limpo e super agradável. Funcionários simpáticos,ótima estrutura!!! Quartos aconchegantes e bem divididos para quem vai com a família. Fazendinha muito bem cuidada com lindos animais. Cavalgada, balanços infinito, passeios, bons vinhos, boa comida.....um lugar para conhecer e viver lindas experiências!!!

Só não conseguimos desfrutar da piscina (aquecida e coberta),pois estava passando por alguns reparos

Tudo impecável, nossa experiência foi incrível e gostaríamos de deixar nosso agradecimento ao Tio Zek, da recreação, que tornou tudo mais especial, uma pessoa incrível e que nos tirou boas risadas até o último minuto no hotel. Já frequentamos vários hotéis fazenda, mas esse ficou no top 3, pois é realmente muito bom. Esperamos voltar em breve.
