Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. "As crianças não querem mais ir embora..."

A equipe de funcionários é maravilhosa. A turma da recreação é espetacular. O Tio Zek é um show à parte. Crianças adoram. Tio Pônei também merece uma menção honrosa. Funcionários da fazenda também, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos (Lidiane, Sérgio e os demais que não lembro o nome). Atrações novas. Enfim, é a terceira vez que estivemos no hotel e as crianças não querem ir embora. Certamente voltaremos mais vezes...

Tirando as refeições especiais (churrasco, pizza, hambúrguer, ou à lá carte), acho que poderia haver opções diferentes e com mais variedades para o almoço e jantar. Muita carne ensopada e/ou com molho, para tentar amenizar um pouco a qualidade das proteínas que não são as melhores.

O local é mto bonito, limpo e bem cuidado. A arquitetura do hotel é linda. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos.

O estacionamento poderia ter algumas vagas cobertas.

as refeições são ótimas, principalmente as a lá carte. A recreação é muito divertida, tem atividades direto, tanto para crianças quanto adultos. O hotel é novo e muito lindo.

O lugar é lindo, o hotel é novo e muito aconchegante. Passeio a cavalos e visita ao parreiral de uvas. Bem tranquilo, ficamos bem a vontade. Recomendo.
