Foothills Motel

I love the vintage vibes and the outdoor seating areas. My dog made a lot of friends, so she gives a 10/10 rating. The whole place is super cleaned and nicely landscaped. The care is evident and elevates the whole experience.

My partner thought the beds were way too soft and had trouble sleeping. I appreciate the availability of free coffee but the pastries are kind of gas station quality. It might be a better look just not to offer them, although maybe I am just a snob.

Property was nice. Units were very clean and I liked the retro styling. Comfortable beds and great to have a microwave and a small fridge.

Unable to get cold water in the unit during the middle of the day since the cold water lines run in the attic and get super-heated during the day.

Rooms are on the small side. but it was quiet there even though a parking lot was right outside our door. We had a nice view from bedroom glass door that opened to a small patio. Nice in-room amanities. Very flexible checkin and checkout policy which we really needed!!

The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Retro motel style

Friendly staff, swanky retro updated waaaaay nicer than it used to be. Coolest motel in Auburn.

Same owners run the bowling alley next door, they could have at least left us one dive in Auburn but noooo, now its all nice and respectable too.

The beds are very comfortable for a motel. I have stayed here twice because it’s comfortable. Love the retro look of the mini fridge and microwave. I like the chairs outside near the fire pit.

I would like to see a bar of soap or hand soap in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing. Nice size refrigerator.
